MTradeHub – Returns & Refund Policy (Points Form)

Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Order details must be included with the returned item.

Contact us on WhatsApp: 03290609903 with your Order ID to start the return or exchange process.
If the product is damaged or incorrect from our side, we will pay the delivery charges.
All our stock is 100% fresh. If there is still a major issue and you choose not to return the item, we will offer a 5–10% discount on your next order.
To return your parcel, visit your nearest Leopards Courier office and book it to our address.
Once we receive the returned parcel, your refund will be processed.

If you receive the wrong item, damaged item, or not what you ordered, delivery charges will be paid by us.
If you receive the correct and fresh item but still decide to return it, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
